By the end of next year what would you like to improve your ability to do?  By the end of 2020 I would like to improve my ability to do a full split. I was able to do a split when I was a kid, but alas, no more.

There is a transition I love from the side lying leg springs where you finish by bringing the foot with the strap all the way forward to the pole, remove the strap and roll forward into a full split before doing the other side.

I can manage the transition smoothly enough, but I still have some distance to go on the split.

I’d like to work on it both here and on the full split from the reformer. Then perhaps take it to the straps of the Trapeze Table.   A  girl’s gotta have goals…
