Our team of instructors is exceptional, well-trained and long tenured. We have had very little turnover since we opened our doors, which creates a human connection with our clients that is second to none. Here is a little more information about our wonderful staff that makes the magic happen!
Founder of Evolution Pilates in 2003, Mo has been practicing since 1998. She is classically trained, and certified through Power Pilates and Polestar Pilates. She is also certified through TRX and NASM, and is a health coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Lastly, she is a member of the Physical Mind Institute and Pilates Method Alliance, and a lifelong learner dedicated to maintaining a high standard of Pilates instruction in her studio. Her passion for Pilates is felt by everyone she trains.
In 2008, Ania had gotten her first taste of Pilates, and was hooked ever since! Growing up, she was an avid fitness and exercise enthusiast, which is what led her down the path of more advanced techniques. And this is where the inspiration to pursue a new career was born. Through some key networking and hard work, she was introduced to the highly respected regional director of Power Pilates, Juliet Harvey, and later received her Comprehensive Certification in 2011. Fast forward to today and you can coin Ania’s enthusiasm both contagious and inspiring!
Client turned Pilates instructor, Randi earned her certification in 2007 at Power Pilates in New York City, and has taught here ever since. She has also taught a Beginner Mat class through the Port Washington School District Continuing Ed program, and at other local gyms and studios. Randi stays current with her Pilates education by attending Continuing Education workshops and conferences throughout the country.
Theresa has been practicing Pilates since 2008 and was certified through Equinox in 2015. Theresa is a mother of three and an avid runner. She has run a 2hr and 49-minute marathon and a 1 hour 18-minute half marathon. Theresa continues to train competitively as a runner and truly believes it is her practice of Pilates that keeps her body and mind healthy and strong. She strives to share her passion for Pilates and physical fitness with her clients.
