Our Policies

​At Evolution Pilates, we are committed to providing a professional and welcoming environment for all our clients. To ensure a seamless experience, please familiarize yourself with our studio policies outlined below:​

  1. Scheduling and Appointments
    • Advance Reservations: All sessions and classes are by appointment only. We recommend scheduling in advance to secure your preferred time slot. ​
    • Punctuality: Please arrive on time to minimize disruptions. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions to accommodate subsequent appointments.
  2. Communication
    • Contact Information: Ensure your account profile includes an active email address and cell phone number. All correspondence, including waitlist notifications, receipts, confirmations, and cancellations, is conducted via email or text.​
    • Email Whitelisting: To prevent our emails from being marked as spam, please add “mo@pilatesevolution.com” and +1.516.789.3173 to your contact list or email whitelist.
  3. Payments and Refunds
    • Payment Methods: Sessions must be reserved with a valid credit card or an active package.
    • No Refunds or Exchanges: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
  4. Session Details
    • Duration: Each session is 50 minutes long.​
    • Instructor and Class Changes: Instructors and classes are subject to change without prior notice.​
  5. Cancellation Policy
    • 24-Hour Notice: We strictly enforce a 24-hour cancellation policy for all sessions. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled visit will be charged the full price.​
    • No Make-Up Sessions: Missed classes or late cancellations do not qualify for make-up sessions or credit.​
  6. New Student Requirements
    • Private Sessions: Students new to Pilates are required to complete 10 private sessions before joining a reformer class.​
  7. Studio Etiquette
    • Cell Phone Policy: Please observe our no cell phone policy. Phones may be kept next to the apparatus but must be set to vibrate.​
    • Fragrance-Free Environment: Refrain from wearing perfume to the studio, as several clients are severely allergic.​
    • Conversation: Keep conversations to a minimum during class to allow everyone to concentrate on the learning experience.​
    • Equipment Care: Wipe down all apparatus after use and leave them set up and ready for the next person.​
    • Post-Class Departure: Kindly refrain from loud conversation and leave the workout area promptly after class to ensure the next session can begin on time.​
  8. Attendance and Standing Appointments
    • Consistent Attendance: Inconsistent attendance, such as missing three consecutive visits, may result in the loss of your standing appointment slot.​
  9. Sign-In Procedure
    • Upon Arrival: Please sign in upon arrival and address any scheduling concerns before or after your session.​
  10. Health and Safety
    • Medical Conditions: If you are pregnant, have acute injuries, or serious health conditions, we recommend booking a session with one of our certified instructors to ensure a safe and effective workout. ​
