Ingredients

  

  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/4 cup Almond Butter or any nut or seed butter
  • 2 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Moringa Powder
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Coconut optional
  • 1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chips optional

Instructions

 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, and moringa powder.
  • Mix well until a thick dough forms.
  • If desired, add shredded coconut and dark chocolate chips and mix until evenly distributed.
  • Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  • Place the energy balls on a tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
