Drop-in rates are valid for 1 year. 

10 packs offer 10 percent savings and are valid for 3 months – no extensions.

Memberships are a 6-month commitment. The listed rates are billed monthly, and membership automatically renews at the end of the 6-month term unless you provide 30-day notice to discontinue. The renewal will be at the prevailing rate for that series. The initial 6-month term may not be canceled unless there is a substantiated medical reason or a 15+ mile move.

Standing private appointments are at a premium. 3 consecutive missed visits will put the time spot at risk.

24-hour cancellation policy in effect for all visits without exception. Same day changes only subject to availability.

Everyone is responsible for managing their schedule online with the app at Momence.com and all visits must be prepaid, and accounts must have a valid payment method on file.
