Ingredients
- 6 Organic Eggs
- 1/2 cup Chopped Vegetables such as spinach, bell peppers, onions
- 1/4 cup Breakfast Protein such as sausage crumbles or bacon
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In each muffin cup, crack one egg and add a spoonful of chopped vegetables and breakfast protein.
- Season with salt and pepper.
