Move of the Month – Boomerang

Mo Wolfe is the owner of Evolution Pilates and a third-generation classical Pilates instructor in the lineage of Romana Kryzanowska. Practicing Pilates since 1998, she is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT) with training through Power Pilates, Polestar Pilates, and Real Pilates®. Mo is passionate about helping clients move better, feel stronger, and experience the lifelong benefits of authentic Pilates instruction.
