Ingredients
  

  • 6 Organic Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Vegetables such as spinach, bell peppers, onions
  • 1/4 cup Breakfast Protein such as sausage crumbles or bacon
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  • In each muffin cup, crack one egg and add a spoonful of chopped vegetables and breakfast protein.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
