Mo WolfeMo opened the studio in 2003 after a career in magazine publishing and has been practicing Pilates since 1998. She is classically trained, Power Pilates Certified, Polestar Certified and NASM certified. She is a member of The Physical Mind Institute and Pilates Method Alliance, and is dedicated to maintaining a high standard of Pilates instruction in her studio. The studio is a participating training center for Power Pilates and Mo is proud to be an alumni ambassador for Lululemon Manhasset. She will not rest until her students “Feel the difference”. |

Mary ArchboldMary started Pilates back when people thought it was something religious dealing with Pontius Pilate. She certified in the Windy City through Polestar Pilates in 2001. She utilizes her background in physical therapy, dance and acting when teaching her classes making sure everyone feels personally attended to, that all injuries are worked around and strengthened and that some point in class you laugh. Working out should also be fun because if it isn’t why would we do it! You can also find her teaching Zumba here in Port. But her proudest accomplishment is her 9 month old son whom she believes already knows how to do the “Hundred”. |

Sheila CosciaSheila is PhysicalMind and Power Pilates certified and a member of IDEA Health and Fitness Association. Sheila has been teaching Pilates since 2005. With a degree in Health Education, she is also a certified personal trainer and works in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Pilates has healed old injuries, increased flexibility and strength and improved her performance in running marathons. She looks to inspire and challenge her clients in their own mind body connection. Working towards a degree in Holistic Nutrition, Sheila is currently enrolled at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She plans to expand her practice as a Pilates Instructor and Holistic Health Counselor and empower clients “achieve optimal wellness from the inside out”. www.corewellnessny.com |

Meryl BassMeryl has been teaching Pilates since 2005 and is certified through the PhysicalMind Institute. She continues her pilates training through workshops and taking classes with Master Pilates Trainers. Meryl is the founder of Great Soles, a fitness apparel company that designs non-slip, treaded socks that are functional and stylish, and fun to wear both inside and outside the studio. Randi HershRandi is a client turned Pilates instructor. She earned her certification in 2007 at Power Pilates in New York City and has taught here ever since. She has also taught a Beginner Mat class through the Port Washington School District’s Continuing Ed program and at other local gyms and studios. Randi continues her Pilates education by attending Continuing Education workshops and conferences through out the country. |

Bianca VelezBianca fell in love with Pilates after her mother introduced her to it in 2000. The movements felt natural and seemed to make her body sing, reminding her of the classical Russian ballet training she had as a child. She began to train for certification with the PhysicalMind Institute in 2001. She later decided to make a deeper commitment to her practice, earning her comprehensive certification through Power Pilates in 2008. Always an athlete and avid runner, Bianca has worked previously as a Personal Trainer and certified Boxing Instructor, trained by three-time world champion Derek Panza. She is presently focused and dedicated to the art of the Pilates method. |

Anna BurkeAnna first discovered Pilates in 2008. A lifetime engaged in fitness and exercise soon led to a passion to learn more advanced techniques. This is where the inpsiration to pursue a new career was born. Networking and hard work led her to Juliet Harvey the highly respected regional director of Power Pilates, where she received her Comprehensive Certification in 2011. Anna’s enthusiasm is contagious and inspiring! |
