Services Offered
Private and Duet and Semi-Private Sessions
We require private sessions for new clients and those with specific pain or health issues. Private sessions are also ideal for people who like to have 100% of an instructors attention. You receive individual attention on all studio apparatus including the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Spine Correctors.
Duets allow you to have more individual attention than a class, while spending time with a friend or spouse; the studio cannot provide the partner for your duet.
Semi-private sessions allow you to create your own private group session at the day and time of your choice.
All sessions may be scheduled at any time (space and schedules allowing) with the instructor of your choice.
CLASS OFFERINGS
Group classes in a dedicated facility such as ours is a world apart from a mat class sampled at a gym. We utilize Wall Units, Reformers and Chairs in our group classes as well as traditional mat work. Our classes are intentionally limited to 6 students per class to provide maximum results.
After completing 5 – 10 private or duet sessions and given the go ahead by studio staff, you may choose to joing our group classes. Classes are for students comfortable with apparatus changes and responsible for their own modifications. Most classes assume a solid intermediate background. You must be comfortable with the exercises and familiar with the movements and language.
All of our 50 minute classes incorporate exercises from the apparatus listed below to give you a full body workout that will leave you more focused with better body awareness and improved posture.
